Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Preparation for bulk orders may take up to one week. These are preparation and dispatch times, not delivery times.

Orders delivered within Türkiye usually arrive 3–4 days after dispatch. This estimated transit time excludes preparation and is not a guaranteed delivery date. International delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and customs procedures. We cannot give one fixed delivery time for every country. Tracking details are sent by email when your order is dispatched.

Shipping within Türkiye is free when the product subtotal is ₺2,500 or more. We do not offer free international shipping based on order value. Any shipping charge payable is shown separately before payment. If no charge can be calculated, contact us before ordering.

Destination rules may require import taxes or customs clearance charges. The recipient may need to pay charges that were not collected when ordering. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the shipping charge does not include import charges. Rules vary by country and product; the seller's mandatory tax and consumer-law obligations remain unaffected.

For standard products delivered within Türkiye, notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days of that notice. Returns with our designated carrier, Yurtiçi Kargo, are free; you pay for another carrier you choose yourself. Before sending a return from abroad, contact us for instructions and costs. Mandatory consumer rights and rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

The ordinary right of withdrawal may not apply to products with names or text added, bespoke dimensions or genuinely personalised designs. Being handmade or choosing a standard colour does not by itself make a product exempt. Your legal rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.

No. The gold appearance comes from a decorative gold-coloured print, not genuine gold plating. See the product description or contact us for details of the materials and finish.

A printed ijazah certificate is not included. Depending on your selection, you are purchasing the cover only or the cover with its box. Check the with-box or without-box option before ordering.

Product pages list the Qur’an and presentation box dimensions separately. Total weight with box means the product with its presentation box, not the outer shipping package. Ijazah covers have separate dimensions and weights for the with-box and without-box options. Contact us with the product code for any missing measurement.

Materials vary by product. The Ijazah covers and the P-YEG-0263, S-YY0374 and K-YEG0323 sets have PU faux-leather coverings, not genuine leather. The presentation boxes for these three sets are made of MDF. The Prophet’s Mosque wall clock is partly made of MDF. Check each other model’s product page for its materials, dimensions and box details.
